Trauma - Eyelid Surgery

This patient developed lower eyelid pulling and turning-out (ectropion) after a fire injury. We corrected it with:

• Scar tissue release
• Skin grafting
• Mid-face lift support

To further improve skin quality and healing, we also applied skin boosters, mesotherapy, and scar treatments before and after surgery.
